TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
You must read and agree to the following Terms of Agreement before becoming a Member of LoanBrokerList.com.
LOANBROKERLIST.COM
The following page states the Terms of Agreement under which the company iKAN Solutions, LLC operates via the Web Site LoanBrokerlist.com and the terms of which users accept by using the site. If you do not accept the terms please do not use the services provided by iKAN Solutions, LLC. Otherwise by using the Web Site you indicate your acceptance to the Terms and Conditions as stated.
USE OF WEB SITE MATERIALS
Reproducing or copying of the software, information, and/or material on this Web Site to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. Reselling or redistributing the software, information, and/or material on this Web Site for free or for a fee is expressly prohibited. Reselling or redistributing use of a membership or account to third parties is expressly prohibited.
Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
DISCLAIMER
All material on this site is provided in good faith. No warranty is made for the accuracy, availability, or content of information provided on the Web Site. Your use of this information is at your sole risk. You release iKAN Solutions, LLC in the event of a dispute with any users, from any known or unknown claims, damages, and/or wrongdoing arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. iKAN Solutions, LLC is under no legal obligation to control the information provided by other users which is made available through the Web Site. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material placed by you on the Web Site. Borrowers and Brokers are solely responsible for their postings on the Web Site. iKAN Solutions, LLC is not to be considered a borrower or broker with respect to your use of the Web Site and shall not be responsible for any decisions, for whatever reason made by any entity posting on the Web Site. iKAN Solutions, LLC DOES NOT guarantee that the Web Site will operate error-free, therefore if your use of this web site or the material results in damages, loss of time, or anything else relating to this issue iKAN Solutions, LLC is NOT responsible for those costs.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
1. The member is responsible for paying nominal subscription fees according to the billing terms.
2. Member fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may change the information on your existing membership (password), but you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that information. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your username and password. You should be the only one to access your password and should notify us if any unauthorized use occurs.
BILLING
1. The company name of iKAN Solutions, LLC will appear on your billing statement.
2. Member authorizes iKAN Solutions, LLC to charge payments to the member's credit card by automatic credit card debit. We make every effort possible to make sure that all transactions are secure and safe. You must not allow your password to be used by anyone else. Furthermore, you are responsible for protecting any unauthorized use of your credit card and agree to accept all transactions incurred via your password. Members will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless a cancellation request is made at least 5 business days prior to membership expiration. Members must fill out the Cancellation Request Form located in our FAQ's in order for your membership to be canceled.
AUTO RENEWAL
Payment for a membership to LoanBrokerList.com shall be made by automatic credit card debit. Members will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless a cancellation request is made at least 5 business days prior to membership expiration. Members must fill out the Cancellation Request Form located in our FAQ's in order for your membership to be canceled.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. iKAN Solutions, LLC reserves the right to pursue all of its legal remedies in order to protect the Web Site and its users. Membership may be terminated at any time by either LoanBrokerList.com or the member upon notification by email. Member fees are not refunded when termination is requested by the member. Members are responsible for charges incurred until their monthly expiration date.
2. If you would like to continue as a member for longer than a month, on a “Month to Month Membership”, your credit card will be charged $29.95 per month on your monthly membership anniversary date for each consecutive month thereafter. Again, your monthly billing cycle begins the day you register. If you do not cancel your membership within the 5 business days of the monthly anniversary of your membership, your membership will continue and your credit card will be charged $29.95 per month for each consecutive month thereafter. Your monthly billing cycle begins the day you register. To CANCEL your membership, simply fill out the Cancellation Request Form located in our FAQ's in order for your membership to be canceled.
3. If you terminate a “6 Month Membership” or a “1 Year Membership” after your Free Trial Period, but before the expiration date of your Subscription Commitment, you will pay iKAN Solutions, LLC an Early Termination Fee.
4. A Free Trial Period is for promotional use only and subject to change at any time without notice. A credit card verification fee of $.01 applies for the Free Trial Period. This fee is non-refundable.
5. For your protection, your credit card will not be charged longer than 24 months.
SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT; EARLY TERMINATION FEE
Your Subscription Commitment begins on the day we activate your subscription. You have received certain benefits from us in exchange for any Subscription Commitment greater than the Free Trial Period. If we terminate your subscription for nonpayment or other default before the end of the Subscription Commitment, or if you terminate your subscription for any reason other than (a) in accordance with the cancellation policy; or (b) pursuant to a change of terms, conditions, or rates as set forth below, you agree to pay us, in addition to amounts owed, a prorated Early Termination Fee (“Early Termination Fee”). The Early Termination Fee is not a penalty, but rather a charge to compensate us for your failure to satisfy the Subscription Commitment on which your rate plan is based. The Early Termination Fee is prorated as follows: Number of months subscribed multiplied by the difference between a Month to Month Membership and your Membership (e.g. If you terminate a “6 Month Membership” after 3 Months, your Early Termination Fee will be $15.00 [($29.95 – $24.95) * 3]).
AFTER YOUR SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT, THIS AGREEMENT SHALL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS UNTIL EITHER PARTY GIVES NOTICE OF TERMINATION.
BROKER APPROVAL
All Broker Profile Forms will be verified for accuracy within 2 business days of submission. Any false, deceptive, misleading, or deceitful information provided in the Broker Profile Form may result in immediate termination of Membership.
CONDUCT
You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content:
a) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy;
b) that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an iKAN Solutions employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
c) that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;
d) that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch";
e) that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
f) that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited commercial advertisement;
g) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; or
Additionally, you agree not to:
h) contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
i) harass anyone;
j) collect personal data about other users for unlawful purposes;
k) use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Service - unless expressly permitted by iKAN Solutions, LLC;
l) attempt to gain unauthorized access to iKAN Solution, LLC’s computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the loanbrokerlist website; or
m) use any form of automated device or computer program that enables the submission of postings on loanbrokerlist without each posting being manually entered by the author thereof (an "automated posting device"), including without limitation, the use of any such automated posting device to submit postings in bulk, or for automatic submission of postings at regular intervals.
OVERVIEW OF MEMBERSHIP DUES TO LOANBROKERLIST.COM
The dues to gain access to the LoanBrokerList.com Database are as follows. (These are recurring monthly fees and will be assessed on the monthly anniversary of the day you begin your membership until canceled by the member.)

- 6 Month Membership - $24.95 (per month)
- 1 Year Membership - $19.95 (per month)
