Why should I sign up?
Borrower: As a borrower, loanbrokerlist.com does most of the work for you. Loanbrokerlist.com connects you with loan brokers in your area at your convenience. Once you sign-up, brokers will be able to contact you through our server. Remember, they will not be able to see your name, phone number or email address. Brokers will only have access to the necessary information.
In creating competition, brokers should provide you with the best rates and service. Once you are satisfied with the results, you will be able to contact the brokers of your choice, at your convenience. You’re in control!

Who will have access to my information?
Everyone will have access to the database of loan brokers. The searchable database gives registered brokers the ability to market rates and services.
Borrower’s information will be kept secure and will only be provided to registered brokers.
Who will respond to my questions and/or postings?
Mortgage professionals who are registered with loanbrokerlist.com will have the ability to respond to your questions or postings.
Also, our staff will be available to guide you through the responses. For most of us, purchasing or refinancing a home is a big step. We are available to help you each step of the way.
What is the cost to join?
Borrowers: Free!
Brokers: A low monthly fee will apply. For a limited time, the first 2 months are free! Also sign-up for 6 months or a year and save!
When should I expect to get a response?
You should get responses within a few minutes of posting. Remember, our mortgage experts can help guide you through the responses.

How do I cancel my account?
Both Borrowers and Brokers:
You can cancel your account at any time by simply filling out the Cancellation Request Form. Brokers please note that in order to avoid being charged an additional billing cycle, you must fill out this form 5 business days prior to the subscription renewal date.
